Questions about facials?
Hi everyone!! My friends and i are getting facials next weekend (not tomorrow but next weekend) and i have some questions. We’re going to “Skinsational Day Spa” and getting teen facials. The description on the website is “The aesthetician cleanses your skin, adds an exfoliator and a gentle steam. Extractions are done and a corrective mask completes the treatment. Massage is avoided so the skin is not over-stimulated. The aesthetician will advise on proper home care.” My questions are…
1. How hot is the steam?
2. I googled extractions and they’re apparently painful. Is this true and if so how much 1-10?
3. What exatly is an extraction?
4. I read that they use a tool. Can someone link me a picture of it?
5. Are facials fun and relaing or painful because at first i was excited and now im nervous?

I am not gonna lie extractions are supper painful it can it can rage from 5-9 on the pain scale but it’s totally worth it because if you don’t extract blackheads they turn those gross oozing zits. Minus the extractions facials are sooo relaxing and really up help clear up your skin don’t be nervous it’s fun!
