my best friend thinks she’s preg we went swiming and got in the hot tub spa she said she had cramps so we got out and she just had her feet in a few hours later well that night she wuz spoting inly 4 2 days wut does it mean is she preg .

First of all, make sure she takes a pregnancy test. The Equate brand at WalMart and even the Dollar Tree pregnancy tests work just as well as the expensive ones, but the Equate test may give a result sooner. And if she is pregnant, tell her not to stress because there is nothing she can do to change the fact that she got into the hot tub.
If she finds she is pregnant and is very concerned about danger to the baby, tell her to get an ultrasound to check that the heartbeat is still there. If she has no insurance, just look up abortion clinics in your state. Even if she is uncomfortable with the idea of abortion, just tell her to remember that these clinics are actually simply womens clinics that offer many services at highly discounted prices.
