Hot tub only pulling water from 1 of 2 filters?
I just bought a hot tub it has 2 pumps and 2 fliters, the jerks I bought it from told me it only should pull water down 1 filter,Is this true?? If it is why do they have two filters.
OK you need to get real specific. What brand of tub and model do you have? Please update your info so I can tell you. Most tubs are plumbed crazy in our opinion. Most likely they are in series (Connected to each other, 1st one then the other) and the first one is actually doing all the work that is closest to the main 2 stage pump. I know you have well drains that are also pulling water. Whoever you bought your tub from is…yes a jerk to give you that answer. Most sales people have n idea what’s inside the tub nor how in the world they work nor repairing them. I won’t even go near most people’s chemical knowledge…
