Stop water in solar heater going cold ?
I have made a solar heater for my outdoor pool using a coil of 1/2 black air line icased in a frame with a perspex front , the pump circulates the water around the pipe and puts it in the pool , the water is very hot for the First 5 Min’s and then cools down , has any one made a solar heater like this for there pool , and can they give me some advice on how to keep the water hot ??
Hi, I have used a similar method of heating our pool & i used a timer on the pump 5mins on 15 off, & a solar cover, heated the pool water well. Hope this helps:):):)
