who do i contactin estespark colorado about the teribal conditions of a super 8 hotel my famile recently staye?
other guests we talked to felt the same as us.poor room conditions,the pool was very neglected with slime on the bottom and sides, chiped paint, the hot tub had a disgusting film of grossness and no one wanted to get in.nails sticking out of the railings and floors, chipped paint,torn bedspreads,wornout matresses,dirty towels,smelled musty,down wirering in back,no ac,no refridgeration,apon returning to our room on the second night our key nolonger worked,we had to go to the office at 10:30pm to get it figured out while my young child was tiered,cofused and myself very pissed by now.this place gouged prices,a 1 and a half star hotel charged us $125 a night and after talking to a super 8 manager back in our home state we were told the place needed to be shut down that it is privitly ran under the super8 name.all other super8 we have stayed at have been great!please direct me to who i should contact about this matter.

My suggestion is to email/write the official visitors bureau of Estes Park as well as the Super 8 Management as they still have proprietary concerns over the Super 8 name/brand and hope they take immediate action on the Estes Park Super 8.
It might also be a good idea to bring this to the attention of the Estes Park Town Council or whoever is in charge. I am sure the town leaders will be concerned about this feedback as well ( I have listed the Estes Park town website below).
