On avg. how much does it cost to change a tub into a standing shower?
I am thinking about buying a condo and the bathroom is REALLY small, so am considering changing the tub into a standing shower to create more space. I hate to admit that I am a total girl and have no idea how much this project would cost. I do have some resources in construction that could help with the project. Has anyone done this and could you tell me how much you spent on it. Thank you.
depends on products u use – shower stalls range from $150 – $1000 – youll need 2 frame a wall next 2 the shower- get the plumbing rerouted – a little sheetrock,mud, paint , fix the extra floor area, purchase shower fixtures ( wide price range ) in short a practicle job would be around $1500 – $3000 = G L
