I have a nordic escape hot tub and i cant get the low power jets to turn off. anyone know how?
The light underneath the jet button is on. and sometimes the one underneath the cool button is on.
The most likely scenario, is that the temperature sensor is not acting correctly telling your hot tub to keep heating. Your hot tub’s pump will run on low and keep running until the desired temp is reached that you have on your topside control. Hopefully you can press the lower temp button to where that temp is actually lower then your present water temp and then since there is no demand for heat the pump will turn itself off and then you will know that you need to look at the temp sensor and test the heating element itself to make sure it works. Since you didn’t mention anything about their not being heat I am assuming there is no problem there and it’s simply your sensor. IF that doesn’t work then the second most likely culprit is your circuit board. Third would be your pump itself. I hate to tell you this but my money is that you need a new board.
