I read Kevin Trudeau’s first book Natural Cures that they don’t want you to know about, and in it
he goes on and on about how harmful swimming pools are:

and how many toxins do you really absorb from the pool or from taking a shower or bath or hot tub? For me a hot bath or hot tub is one of the main things I do to control pain.

I’m struck at the idiocy of some of his statements. not everyone can just quit all their meds. some people if they quit their meds, they’ll die. It isn’t so easy and it takes time for these things to help a person..
