How do I get my boy to be more photogenic?
My 4 year old son is unfortunately camera-shy, and I need help! It seems every time I try to get a picture of him he tries to hide or cover his face, and just seems unhappy. I’ve tried getting pictures of him in the park, in the bath tub, or at birthday parties. One of his friends from preschool comes to visit every now and then, and even with his little friend over he won’t let me take a picture! His friend will happily for the camera, even when I’m helping them use the bathroom! Please help!
try doing crafts with old pictures. Let him cut out pics of people and make a collage. My girls love doing this and can’t wait for a new pic to put on it. Then when he shows it to grandma or grandpa have them ask him where his pic is. Don’t push too hard because you are likely to scare him even more. If it is digital camera then print away and let him cut them up. Also let him take pictures of you so he can see what is being done. Just teach him how to be careful and what to do. I would try this to start.
