Help! I’m planning a SPA trip to Hot Springs, Arkansas and don’t know what to do!?

My friend and I are planning on going to Hot Springs, Arkansas for a 5 day girls getaway! We are planning on going to the amusement park the first day and spa and shopping the rest. My question is this. I’m wanting to get a spray tan, massage, pedicure, manicure, facial, body wrap, and spa bath during the trip but I’m not sure if one of the treatments will affect the others in any way. Is there any advice you can give someone who is going to the spa for the first time?

Relax. The spa will most likely plan the services for you so that the next service you receive compliments the one you just had! The spray tan may come last so as not to affect any of the other treatments.
Just let them know you have never been to a spa before so that they will explain in detail what they will be doing.
