I need to lose about 15 pounds befores new years! PLEASE HELP ME!!!?
i’m about 5’8 and i weigh 145 lbs….but i’m only 14! i have excercise equiptment and i’m kind of ubsessed with chips and pop! Please help me! i have a huge party that i have to go to with a hot tub…yea i need to lose weight PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

start drinking DIET coke, instead of the regular sugar filled one!!! Also start eating foods that are high in fiber and high in protein!!! I am currently on a 800 calories diet and it mostly consists of protein!!!! And every calorie i go over i have to do a crunch!!! I am eating low calories fried eggs! 1 egg+ 1 egg white=1 yolk and 2 egg whites!!! And then about 11 calories worth of butter to grease the pan a little bit!! And then i eat protein bars!!!! I lost about 2 pounds in the past few days!!!
