What products should you use in a whirlpool / spa bath?
When I use even the smallest amount of foam bath I end up with bubbles almost up to the roof! I’ve heard there are some special low-foam products but I’ve never seen them for sale. Also, is there some special stuff you have to use to stop water going stagnant in the pipes?
I have never heard of a low foam product, if you read the booklet that came with it, it should tell you to not use anything that foams in it because that can get stuck in the jets and cause some problems down the line. I’m not sure what size tub you are talking about but if it is one that you empty each time you use it, like one in the bathroom, the water in the lines [the jets] should evaporate. Make sure that you do run a cleaning solution through it once or twice a year to keep anything from growing in it [mold most of the time].
