is there a government or private program that can help provide a hot tub for disabled people?
My husband is a disabled veteran, and has moderate to severe chronic pain due to injuries he received in the line of duty. Is there any kind of program available that can offset the cost of a hot tub or whirlpool for him to use to help manage the pain?
He needs to check with the veterans adm. or http://ssa.gov to check to see if medicare covers it.
