Am 7 weeks pregnant and want to have a spa?
I have a spa bath, one that can be normal bath and has jets.
I thought that if it wasn’t too hot it would be harmful, but have heard that especially in early pregnancy it was a serious no no?
Please help.
Warm is fine… hot is bad.
You might, however, want to wait until after you’re past the “danger zone” which I believe is ends around 12 weeks.
