I have 3000L hot water 90 Celcius in a tank cap. 4000L. I put 50 mm thick Rockwool blanket insulation (thermal conductivity is 0.034 W/m.K) around the tank. How much is the water temperature will I get in 24 hours?

It’s a closed tank and there’s no contact of water with the open air. So we assume that there’s no evaporation.
A lot depends on whether or not there is a top to the tank.
If not, evaporation will cause most of the cooling, which depends on the size of the top and the air flow.
