Will the San Francisco MUNI FastPass work on BART to Daly City?
I understand that it works on BART *within* San Francisco so it likely wouldn’t include trips to or from Daly City, but I thought it might still be a possibility with the number of SFSU students who take the 28-MUNI from Daly City to 19th Avenue.
If the FastPass isn’t applicable for Daly City, and say one were to board BART at Embarcadero and offboard at Daly City, could one split the difference (i.e. use FastPass for the trip from Embarcadero Station to Balboa Park Station, and then a regular BART ticket from Balboa Park to Daly City)?
Or would one have to physically exit the Balboa Park station with one’s FastPass then re-enter using a BART Ticket?
I know this sounds crazy, but times are hard and I’m trying to save every dime!!!
No, you have to pay $2.95 or exit balboa and take M with your muni pass.
