My head feels so hot all the time, but no fever?
My head is always hot & achy, like I have a fever. But the rest of my body is normal. Sometimes my hands and feet are cold while my head is hot. I’m constantly putting cold water on my forehead. I check my temp. and it’s always 97 -98F. I also have become more heat intolerant. When I’m exposed to heat my arms & legs become very weak, and I’m generally weak all the time. I also get mild eye pain. However, I never seem to sweat from my forehead, only under arms. I’ve noticed the heat intolerance more lately since it’s been hotter. But when I get really cold it’s really hard for me to warm up (my toes go numb). I’ve also had numbness/ tingling in my hands & feet, mainly my right foot.
I just went to my doc and had a blood test to test for thyroid problems & B!2 deficiency. Everything was normal. I have a sugar intolerance, but I’ve cut out all refined sugars & carbs, and I still feel like crap. Does anyone else have similar symptoms?
I’ve always had really low BP.
I would ask myself some questions…
1. Taking any supplements or do you have an unusual diet?
2. Blood pressure checks being 2x/day?
3. Have you had a full lab workup from your MD? HbA1C, thyroid, CBC and Metabolic Panel?
4. Any unusual environments, such as near noises, industrial areas, chemicals, poor lighting or ventilation?
5. Exactly when do your feet go numb? Write it down, time of day. Draw a graph of the exact area of your foot. It could be neurological or physical. Does it follow dermatoes? Just kidding, I mean Dermatomes.
