Can men use the relaxing aromatherapy baths in a day spa?
Hi, I have always wanted to have an afternoon of pampering in a day spa, but i always feel uncomfortable as a man and feel awkward doing that so I always just opt for a 30 min Massage. Does anyone work in a day spa? do men ever come in to have a aromatherapy bath and massage? or is it really a women thing?.

I would not be shy about asking for an aromatherapy massage. Remember many massage oils already contain essential oils! Oils such as vetiver, frankincense, tangerine and spruce are relaxing oils but don’t have “floral” overtones, especially when they are mixed together correctly in a blend. You can choose what you would like. For instance, Tangerine is a calming oil which also helps with anxiety and circulation this is why it is used in Massage Oils.
Other suggestions: Try a Raindrop Technique session. It is highly relaxing and has tremendous benefits! Or purchase some oils to use in your bath at home!
I have many customers who are men that use essential oils daily for cologne, stress, courage, muscle soreness and more…so go for it!
