Unsure what they did to me in a Turkish spa?
When in Turkey my boyfriend and I went to a turkish bath on a trip organised by thomas cook. The package in included a facial and during mine, just after she had squeezed all my spots, she used this machine which she placed at different points on my face. Each time she pressed it down it made a zapping noise and felt a bit like a small electric shock. The actual machine itself looked a bit like the shape of a handheld blender and was attached to a large control box on wheels. I’m worried that this was a lazer treatment, I wasn’t wearing any eye protection so wouldn’t this be dangerous? Could anyone please tell me what this machine was? Thank you.
Sounds like what I’ve had done to my face after facials. It’s a bit of electricity. It’s supposed to tighten up the pores, and it’s the “finale” to the facial. It wasn’t laser treatment.
