No pool time for 30mins after eating, does that apply to a bath?
We just ate out & I gave my son a bath within 15mins of eating. I know they say you shouldn’t get in a pool for 30mins after eating so does the same thing apply to a bath?
He’s fine. The big concern is being stuffed and getting a cramp when you’re in water which you cannot just stand/sit up in (so deep pool or ocean). Having a bath or wading is just fine.
