Why am I experiencing joint pain at my age?
I am 17 and I have joint pain, popping, and grinding. Its the worst in my knees, but It effects all my joints. I have had this problem since I was13.
I went ot the doctor, but they just said to exercise the muscles around my joint area and I’ll be fine. I went to therapy and still no change. My mother has arthritis, but she got it from repetitive work at a factory, hot can it be passed down?
Yeah you can get arthritis at a very young age.. I am 21 and some days my back get so stiff that I can’t even get out of bed.. I know how you feel lol
