buying/making anti zombie gear, (Actually doing it)?
Me and my friends decided to get this to add to our collection.
Armor: will be getting a Custom made aluminum Chain mail, aluminum is 3x lighter than many metals it seems like a logical choice, its bite proof and we just want one on a dummy for display.
Under Armor: We need a leather like fabric to wear underneath that doesn’t get hot and as strong as real leather.
Firearm: got that covered a .22LR Custom Ruger 10/22 Suppressed/tactical seems like a good choice, with the light, cheap, accurate, and abundant ammo.
Side Arm: Either a .22LR or 9mm
Melee: 2 Spiked Knuckles, Spiked Elbow pads, and Katana.
Other: Solared powered nightvision? Solar battery charger? (to charge batteries for equipment) a bag to put stuff in, and a dummy to put this all in on our friends house. thats about it
any suggestions? haven’t really done enough thinking on this.
Tandy Leather is the best place for small quantities of leather that I know of. (yes there are places that are cheaper but when you have to buy 500 square feet just to get a good price, well….)
I like the 1022 and the side arm choice, having another .22 means not having to carry two different types of ammo but if you need more stopping power than the 110 foot pounds of energy you get from the 60 grain sniper subsonic (and why would you use hyper-velocity ammo in a suppressed arm? It sorta defeats the purpose) then toss the 35 and a half caliber and pack a .45.
