hot/ worm showers while pregnant?
I have VICIOUS muscle tention headachs ALL the time, and normally i would take a goodie pack, take a hot bath and put some bengay on my neck and shoulders and part of my upper back… but now that im pregnant i dont take anything and i dont take HOT baths… i do take sort of hot showers… i do watch my skin color and make shure im not “turning pink” (IF THAT EVEN HELPS…???) in the past i went to a chiropractor and he would work the knots out of my neck… he said they were REAL bad… (I think its from the way i sleep at night…i dont know??? )
*What else can I do to ease the pain?
*can i go to a chiropractor during my pregnancy?
*ANY ADVICE??!!!!!

Hot baths/showers are fine, as long as it isn’t blasting hot and it makes you over heat you and baby will be fine. I take steaming hot showers (always have) and unless I start to feel really hot in them it’s never a problem.
Yes on the chiropractor. You just want to make sure they know you are pregnant and have experience with pregnant women.
I use heat wraps for my back, they don’t get too hot but ease aches and are safe for baby and I. Also a lot of women use hot water bottles.
