A grown up person have a complicated life more than a children. Why? Shouldn’t he have a simpler life cause he know about knowledge of right and wrong?
Why do adult person afraid of being naked?
Is being adult mean that you have more feeling of less feeling?
go talk to a councilor. They will be able to work with you to find the roots of these questions in your life and be able to help you find a healthy view on these subjects.
in a perfect world the things you mention would not be in question….porn would not have an existence and children and adults alike would not have to ware clothes….this world is not safe and therefore children need to be protected…..adults without healthy boundaries need to be monitored ….
talk to a health professional to learn what boundaries are considered healthy.
just do it…you seem stressed about this….talk to a real person ( a councilor) and share your history with them….it will help.
