I really want a hot bath….is it safe ?
I was told by my Dr, that a bath or shower is fine just not to hot. I have achy muscles and a really sore back, not to mention Im so sick at the moment, can I use epson salts? Or some kind of powder in the tub that will help with this and be calming?
I recently bought a “spa” bath mix, after dumping it into the tub I read that it wasnt recommended to use when pregnant …I was so dissapointed.
Hot baths are not recommended. However if you allow your belly to go above the water, I think you could soak for 10-15 minutes. I would not add epson salts or anything else. Burn a candle and turn down the lights, that would be soothing without the potential risks.
