Why am I having trouble breathing?
For some time now I’ve noticed that after being in the shower for a few minutes, or a bath tub, or a steam room I have serious problems breathing. I feel a lot of pressure in my chest and can hardly take a full breath, and the breath never seems to feel as if it’s doing any good. Normally I run out of the bathroom to catch my breath, but I don’t understand. Lately, I’ve been having trouble breathing when I lay down for more than a few minutes, during a massage, and when I sit after walking or going up stairs, sometimes I don’t even have to exert myself and I notice a heavy feeling in my chest and trouble breathing. Any ideas as to why this is? Thanks so much in advance.
Go to your Dr. and have them do a Pulmonary test
You may need an emergency inhaler
I use Ventolin and I didn’t start having problems until my late 30′s and I have always been very athletic
