What is a good shower head to buy? One that isn’t too pricey but also has different…?

thoughts and suggestions. We can’t have a ‘shower spa’ though it would be nice to have. I would also like one that can be adjustable in height for ‘short’ or ‘tall’ person. Also one that would possibly come off that you hold if it will stay in the holder when not needed. (Not sure about those, all the ones I have had in the past were terrible). What do you recommend? We have a 4 yr old that will need help rinsing her hair.
We have to shop at Home Depot, Low’s Home Improvement, or ‘Dixieline Hardware’ which is a local store.
Also, Can you recommend a good light that has a separate fan and a heater for the bathroom. Don’t want the fan on unless it is needed though. So it has to have separate controls.
Shower heads are something that I wish could be tested before you buy. All I can go with is my personal experience. I have had two bad ones that looked promising that I discarded and replaced. However, that is not answering our question.
For a fixed shower, I went to a website “Not your wimpy shower” and got one at a reasonable price. It is better than average, but is not available as a handheld, so will not help with washing the little girl’s hair.
For handheld, the best I have found is the original Shower Massage on the six-foot hose. It does adjust and will last for years.
When I stay in hotels, etc., I always check the showers to see if there is something that is superior. The Holiday Inn Express has a good one, but it is fixed-head, so will not do for you either.
