Looking to buy a house and could use some help with estimating montly costs…?

I was wondering if you all could help me with estimating some monthly costs that comes with home ownership. I am looking to buy a 2 bedroom 2 bath home in the Baltimore, MD area and was wondering how much Electric, Gas, and Water bills are? ALso cable, phone and internet too… I just want to be able to budget myself over the next couple months before I move… Thanks!

first off, how much is the house you want to buy? i live in texas so i’ll share some of my exspenses with you. my house payment is 850 a month, water-55, electric-130, gas-35, cable,phone and internet-150. dont forget groceries, car payment if you have one, car insurance, personal exspenses, doctors bills, gas for your car. I strongly recommend you sit down with a pen and paper and figure out your total monthly income and then you can figure out if you will be in the hole at the end of the month or ahead. good luck
