I’m liking the idea of a home sauna?
OK. Although I’d like to have a home sauna, I cannot right now. I was wondering if i could get the same healthful benefits by just leaving the hot water running in my shower. Of course i won’t leave it running the whole time because that would be a waste. Is there a better way to do this? What are some other methods of taking a steam bath without having/making a home sauna?
Also I’d love to do this in my own home and not go to a health club.
Boil some water and then cover your head with large wet towel and put your face over the boiling water. It gives you the same effect. The water doesn’t have to be boiling. You can keep it at a temperature that you feel comfortable at. You can also get a hot bath tub of water and close the bathroom door and start a heating fan on. It gives you analogous effect.
