Going to a spa during your period?
We have booked a two day visit to a spa with finnish bath, sauna, steam room and massage. However, I think my period might arrive early as i’m having cramps already. I don’t want to cancel this, but can I still have my massage and take the finnish baths or not?
Should I wear a sanitary towel (pad) or tampon?
Please could i have some advice, thanks.
