saving electricity?
I’m running a 5000 Watt Jacuzzi outta my backyard and I was wondering if theres anyway I can save electricity with this. I heard theres some kinda transformer I can buy which will be located between my circuit and the jacuzzi power wire which saves me 50% of power or so.
I’m not too much of an expert in this. I’d also like to know if my wall outlet could handle such ammount of Watts or do I need to buy something for this.

There is nothing that you can do with the electric circuit that will save a significant amount of power.
If it does not have an insulated cover, get one and keep the jacuzzi covered and turned off when you are not using it. Check to see how much insulation there is around the sides, and add insulation if you can. The motor needs air to keep from overheating, so don’t insulate around it.
Your wall outlet can not handle 5000 watts. The jacuzzi needs its own wiring. Since you are not an expert, don’t buy anything. Hire an expert to determine what is needed and install it.
