What is the best way to enjoy a spa experience?
workout- facial – massage – shower – whirlpool? What order and why to spend a great day. Have never been. Do you spend the whole time in a robe? Do the lockers have locks? etc. Enlighten me please!
Workout first. Get in the whirlpool afterwards, then get a massage. Shower then get your facial. Yes you spend the whole day in your robe; after the workout of course. It shouldn’t bother you though, everyone else is in one too, and you probably look adorable on one! Yes, the lockers have locks…at least the one I went to did. Spas exist for relaxation purposes, so that is how it is set up. Dim or natural lighting, earth tones, aroma therapy, intimate settings, water and herbal teas are usually provided. Their food is light ans healthy… It’s all GOOD! If you don’t walk out feeling renewed and relaxed then your next question should be…am I a retard…cause I didn’t enjoy my spa experience? And I’d answer…YES YOU ARE!
