My hamster fell into the turtle tub?
Ok coco escaped and fell into the turtle tub. the turtle tub is only there because their pond outside is in repair (the filter was going nuts). it fell into the tub but the turtles didn’t do anything but stare at it. it’s not injured or anything. just wet.
so i wrapped coco in layers of tissue (i can’t find towels) and prepared warm water for it to drink and some hamster treats. i settled the shivering bundle of tissues near my belly. i also closed my hand around the bundle except for the opening.
did i do that right?
she seems to be ok. she’s sleeping now.
she fell during the wee hours in the morning (i think) my aunt saw coco in the tub when she came down to make herself a hot drink.

And the girl is doing alright… sleeping and ate the treats. she’s all fluffy now. 
Don’t worry, you did everything perfectly. A lot of people wouldn’t make sure their hamster was warm after the fall and that’s a HUGE mistake. As long as she looks alright and is dry, she should be fine. You warmed her up perfectly, that’s how I warm up my mice after a cold night. Make sure she won’t escape again and you should have one grateful rodent on your hands. Make sure to tell Coco that she can’t go swimming anymore.
