chevy camaro burning oil?
I put a new 350 in my camaro about 6 months ago and lately I’ve been having to put about a qt in every week. my car has been running hot also, it gets up to 210 while in traffic, and after I turn the car off it gets really hot because the fan only turns on when the car is on and doesnt turn off till the car is off. Could my car burn more oil from running this hot? Oh, and I usually never drive my car more than about 15-30 min. at a time cause every where I go is real close but I got several places to go everyday. Could this short distance driving contribute to oil burning? Because that means much of the time im driving my pistons havent swelled to their full size, right? any advice?
