How do you fix air bubbles trapped in a hot tub spa pump?
I just got my hot tub installed and I filled it up all the way only to figure out I filled it up wrong. I tried draining it the way the manual told me to but I did everything the book said and it didn’t work so I drained it by syphoned the water with a hose. I then filled the tub back up the correct way ( through the filter ) and when I go to turn it on the jets are not working. I read that this could be caused by air trapped in the pump. How do I fix this? The manual does not come with any diagrams of the pump so pictures would help to!
I don’t know for sure but I had a similar problem with a pond pump. Try purging it . Turn it on and off a few times .It worked on my pond pump it might work for you.
