Is there a natural hormone free birth control out there I could take?
I really don’t want to be on anything with hormones and a ton of side effects.
Sterilzation is the most effective non hormone birth control.
However, you can use condoms (they are available in male or female verisons but don’t use both at the same time.) You could use the sponge, this is hormone free as well.
I’ve taken hormones for over a year because I have dysmenorrhea and once I got on the right ones it was really not bad.
