How can I stop my cat from pooping in my tub?
I have a jacuzzi tub in my room, there’s no door because it’s not in the bathroom. It’s kind of like a dressing room area. Anyway the cat is about 3 months old and it thinks it’s a big kitty litter I guess. Is there any thing I can spray it down with or do I just have to live with it? He does go in his box but if my door is open he will run in there and go straight for the tub! Thank goodness those are the only two places he goes.

You need to train the cat not to do this. Best advice I can give you is this, Put a little bit of water in the tub (enough to cover his paws). Once the cat jumps in he will jump back out. Do this for a few days, after awhile the cat will give up on the idea of the tub being his second potty away from his litter box. Good Luck to you.
BTW, do not put the litter box in the tub, this gives the cat the idea its okay to even be in the tub and that its a place to use his litter box. Your trying to stop this behavior.
You can also try using two small little boxes on each side of the house. This way the cat has a choice of which litter box until he gets a bit older and will start using one main one. Some cats are just finky! lol
