does laying in a hot place then getting up fast make you lose your sight?
the other day i was taking a bath and it was really hot and there was lots of steam in the shower i was in the bath tub for a long time; then when i got up my eye sight started going black. It was black for about 5 min. and i could not see anything i felt like i was going to faint but i didn’t. I also felt a rush to my head so i started putting my head down and my sight started coming back. It was really scary and i don’t know if it was because the heat and laying down that this happened but i’m not sure what to do?
Hmm, this happens to me a lot when i exercise heavily or when i eat too little, especially in summer months. If I drink enough water and eat enough, I don’t experience it. My advice is if you’re eating enough, plz take care of yourself and eating enough. On the other, it could be that you are sensitive to heat,and the exertion from getting up after lying down coupled with the heat might be something that your body takes a while to adjust to.
I’d say keep in mind to drink water and eat enough. From what i know from my friends, this is not exactly uncommon, but its not something to dismiss either.
