need some help with my bathtub jacuzzi….i got some black flaky “gunk” coming out?
of the jets when i turn it on. this happens when we fill up the tub and turn on the jets. it seems like it’s just residue from not being used in a long time by the previous homeowner. i’d like to know how to get rid of it, or can i change the pump basket?? and how much more or less would it cost me. any suggestions is greatly appreciated….

My wife adds oil to her bath causing a build-up of “stuff”. Use the dishwasher tablets…it works great but you have to leave it on for awhile. Also clean the intake screen, mine unscrews and gets funky.
