What is “Preme” – recipe included… any ideas?
Has anyone ever heard of Preme? It is in a recipe my mother used to make (but she’s been gone for over 20 years). I’ve searched online with ZERO results. I’m trying to figure out what I can use to replace it but have no idea what it is. Here is the recipe in case some cook can help me. (this is a powdered mix that you can make up and give away, so I KNOW it isn’t liquid)
Hot Chocolate Mix
1 8 qt box powdered milk
1 lb box Nestle’s Quick
1 lb box powdered sugar
1 lb Preme … any suggestions as what this could be?
Thanks for any ideas.
Preme is short for Premier coffee creamer.Carnation coffee creamer works well in it’s place since they discontinued it about 15 years ago.
