what do you do to relax?
I have a few things i like ot do. I like to take a bath or shower ith the lights turned off and just a little light from a candle or LED light or something and listen to music. We also got a heater for our pool this year and i really enjoy floating around in it in teh evening. I love nature too and doing things outside-esp the feeling of a breeze across my skin. I also injoy reading and doing Soduku puzzles before bed. What do other people like to do to relax?
Oh yeah i write fanfic in my spare time too….
Baths are really, really nice. I like to have a nice hot bath with aromatherapy salts or a bath bomb. I like to do it in the dark too, with candles or a small nightlight.
A glass of wine always makes me feel really relaxed, but I don’t drink very often.
I think the most relaxing thing I do is sit or lie down, and have my kitty come visit me. Lying down and petting an animal is very relaxing.
