At what age did you leave your child unattended in the bath?
I know you NEVER leave an infant in the tub alone of course but my nephew is 3 and he has baths with the door open all the time. His mom will clean him, give him some toys and then go do something that is quiet, like tidy the living room, but not vacuum. I’ve left my 2 year old while I run around the corner in the hall to get a towel.
When were you comfortable leaving your child in the tub to play unattended
my son is 2 and i do the same thing that they do with your nephew. bathe hm and give him toys. but he always makes a lot of noise and splashes and as soon as he stops i’l go check on him. i will also call his name every so often and he answers me, if not i check on him then too. i’m probably going to get td on this, but thats what i do. and the door is ALWAYS open.
