how can i still have acne?
right av got mild acne and it does look yuky when i have breakouts,i do go at the gym and run for 20mins and 15mins on weights.n i do swet a little then i go to the steam room and sauna is that good for acne?i was my face with clean and clear (oil free)face wash.and i exfoliate everyday.and sumtimes use dove hand bar wash.and im on erythromycin tablets and still got spots.i even got them where i dnt usaly have spots its anoying sum1 plz help if u can!
Have you tried just lying out in the sunshine? I find that doing this helps clear my acne. Swimming in pools with chlorine works too, all though that can really dry out your skin.
