How to thoroughly clean a jacuzzi?
Hi,
My jacuzzi is working well, but I noticed a small section with a black substance growing on a horizontal surface under the water. I have drained the jacuzzi (except for a few hoses I can’t reach easily) and cleaned all the surfaces with bleach. I also poured clean bleach water down the filter area after removing the filter. When I refill it I will put in a new filter. Do you have any other suggestions on what I would need to do before refilling it?

This is the cheapest place on the web that I’ve found for pool chemicals. They carry spa chems too. Sounds like algae to me.
