For a small master bath, how important is a bath tub?
I currently have only one full bathroom and I would like to add a master bathroom. The size will be small, about 6′x10′. Ideally I would like toilet, double sink, shower, and whirlpool tub. I don’t think it will all fit. So I was thinking toilet, double sink and spa shower. My spouse thinks that we need a tub for resale especially since it will be a master. We do have a tub in the other bathroom and I don’t take baths anyway. Any thoughts? Thanks!
Well I would think it would depend on what you prefer and how long you are going to be in that house. If you are only going to be there a year and are just fixing it up to add move value, then I would go ahead and put in a tub. If you are planning on being there for a long time and selling it WAY later on, do what best suits the 2 of you.
