This was without watching what i ate.I hear horror stories about the statins.
It all depends on your health and risk factors. The first thing you should do is eat a low fat diet and exercise. That alone may well bring things down.
There are people show have bad reactions to statins, just like there are with aspirin, etc. The vast majority of patients have NO problems from statins, including myself. I’ve never had muscle aches or elevation in my liver enzymes. If these drugs were as bad as some say, where are the millions of people sick from statins?
