Male, age 20, 190 lbs, 5’6 tall
5-6 organic healthy meals a day while eating in moderation. Consuming the recommended amount of vitamins & minerals, and 8 glasses of purified water a day.
8-9 hours of sleep at the same time rate each night.
Weight lifting ( toning ) twice a week with Interval cardio twice a week.
Yoga, and stretching before, and after my workouts.
Body massages at legit spas’ once a month.
Am I good to go or what do you suggest I add/change ?
