i have a new laptop and i used to could put my cord to my digital camera in the side and it would pick up and?
now it goes to some kind dvd thing and wont pick so how do i get my computer to pick up my pictures
make sure you are connecting the camera cord to the correct usb port…read your laptop owner’s manual …then after you have connected the camera, and the dvd player window still opens up, just close it. open up windows explorer and you should see the camera as an external device, with folders holding your pictures.
