If you paid that much in Cumming,Ga you have a very nice house.Family live there and they paid $199,000 for a 5 bedroom,3 1/2 bath.10 years ago.I would think in Columbus you would half the price.I’m from southeast Ohio,there it would be even cheaper.Now I live in a Chicago suburb,here your house would be over a million.
