I am wiring a sauna heater 5kw what type and size of wire should I use. Will I also need a seperate gound?
The appliance is likely to be 220V which will need 3 core double insulated cable with separate earth and 6 sq mm wires.
Better get a contractor to do it, it’s entirely different to wiring a domestic power point and you’ll need to modify your distribution board.
